Is bsnl 4g a myth or mirage for chennai and suburbs, chennai telephone area

the bsnl has issues 4g sim years back and we are yet to experience 4g services. I am fed up with bsnl service as it is saying that it will introduce 4g , but on realilty nothing happens. Now pandemic days are here to further the delay.
Every others are talking about 5g, but even 4gs are not given by the public sector company.
will it ever come to chennai is a long expecting experience. but for one reason or the other this is not at all known, in which month, chennaities will get the 4g experience

Just switch to a new provider. Later you can bounce back if it launches. Deadlines are not followed in BSNL. Added to that pandemic , I don't think it will happen any soon
