is bsnl 3g charge datacard roaming or not

bsnl 3g data card
i buy bsnl 3g data card in 6 months plan 4200 in andhra pradesh.its validity has gone.But grace period is there upto 22jan 2012.I want to recharge it .so kindly tell me the procedure how to active my sim.is there any cheap plans .y bcause may be i go for kerala for some course in few days.so bsnl charge any for roaming(i use it only for browsing and downloading ).Advanced Thanks for answering
 
The sim will not die even after 22-1-2012. I have a BSNL 3G sim long after Rs 4500 has expired. still incoming calls comes thro.Roaming all India is free. I have used a chennai 3G sim all over India.you go to kerala or kanyakumari ..no problem.Just go to BSNL CSC and do a monthly 2 gb/4 gb etc recharge. No more 6 month unlimited plans.
