Is Broadband competition really started?

I just read the post about Airtel offering 256kbps unlimited @ Rs.600 only.Is Broadband war really heaten up??Popular ISPs are now offering at cheaper rates.What you say on this?
 
what connection are you using buddy? its awesome to have speed like 4 mbps. whats the price for it you are paying.
 
BSNL has not heard these things or at least acting like one. No good announcement till date.

My plan is 256kbps unlimited and m getting around 32KB/s while downloading as usual.
But, the speedtest is showing something different 😀
 
speedtest cannot be trusted as it does not check speeds over a longer period of time.
