Is Airtel blocking payments from BBPS

So I tried adding Broadband and Postpaid but was unable to add. I have tried this through HDFC, Google Pay and Amazon.
Coincidentally, when I tried to add the biller received the following message from 121

Hi, you can head to Airtel Thanks app & pay your Airtel Black bill seamlessly with your preferred payment mode.

I paid a broadband bill some 10 days ago using payzapp which used bbps. So, not sure.

Can you try to add airtel as biller on different provider of BBPS?

Deleted my Airtel landline and added back on Google Pay. It added fine.

It appears airtel f*cked up somewhere. Can't pay my bill through Airtel app, website or add airtel as biller on BBPS.
