Is ACT Fibernet moving to rest of India now?

I just went to speedtest.net and when I selected New Delhi, I saw ACT Fibernet as one of the servers in New Delhi. That was sort of unexpected as ACT Fibernet is known to have servers only in South India.

So, is ACT now moving to the rest of India too? Maybe they are a few years late now as other ISPs are also improving their plans but more competition can never be bad for the customer.

Actually just some parts of Delhi AFAIK
 
It's already launched in parts of Delhi. And considering they do not even cover their existing regions completely, expecting them to somehow magically expand to rest of India is a bit too much. At best they would be targeting limited areas with little competition... an area which would become smaller and smaller as Jio expands its FTTH footprint.
