Ipv4 on Jio mobile network is extremely slow

Recently noticed that ipv4, both TCP and UDP, extremely slow on Jio mobile phone network. Iperf test to a few public ips on any port shows extremely slow speeds. Even 80/443 ports also show same results. Ipv6 speeds appear fine. Had to shift to ipv6 to do sysadmin tasks on the servers I run. Has anyone noticed this?
