I am using this company's VPN solution this month. They charge 15 Euros for three months which comes to around 350 rupees per month.

iPredator

just tested a public torrent. getting speeds closed to my connection speed. that is pretty amazing. probably would continue with this service.

my three months has expired. airtel is not throttling torrents for me right now. i am not sure what to do. pay for it for privacy? 😕

lol. account expired. ran a long torrent job without realizing. now i am shit scared 😀

Renewed my account for another three months. Approx cost?

Thought about going for a seedbox. Decided against it for the time being.

VPN is used to route all your internet traffic through a tunnel so that no one (ISP, government) etc. can see what you are doing.
Seedbox allows you to download torrents from private trackers at good speeds and maintain a good ratio (100 mbps or 1 gbps download/upload).

if i want complete privacy then ? only VPN?
provided its via udp and not tcp. udp vpn is tough to configure. IIRC, IMBW (i may be wrong).
but to the best of my belief device -> udp -> tor -> udp -> p0rn/torrent :-D
reason tcp = stateful and udp = stateless.
so
if vpn server is nearby use udp
&
if vpn server is farby use tcp
contact with your provider. for more info.
if tcp means syn ack syn
if udp means no syn/ack/syn, connection believes that packets are sent.
use a better anonymouser. like tor.
device -> tor/vpn -> vpn udp tunnel -> torrent/porn
ermmmmmm its complicated. i dont want to start a geek jihad.

tcp vpn means it can still be snooped. try a udp vpn. i am not sure which provider provides a udp vpn. if none then setup your own udp tunnel. like iodine on port 53. :-D.
AFAIK tcp is not good for anonymity, but udp is, tcp is reliable udp is not, tcp is stateful, udp is stateless.
contact your admin and ask for details. most admins give ore info than they should, if they do? then you can use the udp 53 port and send all traffic via udp as opposed to tcp. but reliability is an issue. use checksumming as much as you can.

p.s. 3 if you have money to spend on? then get yourself a Amazon cloud instance via anon payment service. setup a vpn setup a dual vpn
ethernet 1 : tunnel packet -> vpn -> udp > ethernet 2 (virtual ethernet 1🙂 -> vpn -> tcp
errrm extremely messy and complicated setup. try to use nstx and/or iodine.
