Is it possible to change IP Change Without Restarting Router?

NO.Every time you connect you get a Dynamic IP.

It cannot change, till you disconnect or there is some problem in BSNL>

I think he was asking about to change ip without restarting the router I have Netgear modem and you can change the IP (get new IP) in the control panel of netgear ..But i dont think it is possible with default modem.. Had a huwai modem , there wasnt such option

Let us wait for the OP's feedback.(a)Ip address of modem router from default is changed in the LAN page of the modem or router.(b)Ip address for systems desktop/laptop etc can be entered in NETwork/LAn/WLAN(c) If DHCP is enabled in modem router (b) is set to Obtain Ip address automatically.(d) The ISP's Gateway IP address cannot be changed.(e) The DynamicIP address allotted by ISP cannot remain constant(f) If you want to HIDE your IP and give dummy IP possible.Usually this question is raised when an IP is blocked/banned by torrent sites !!!

log in the modem page. disconnect & connect after 1 minute. no need to restart router.
