Internet stays for around 3 to 5 minutes .... but everthing seems fine

I'm using bsnl broadband connection (750 ul plan) on a DNA-A212 modem. The internet was ok some weeks back but now following are my problems. I have reset and reconfigured the modem (PPPoE Mode).

1) Internet stays for around 3 to 5 minutes
2) No webpage loads to 100 %
3) Internet gateway is up and connected .... but not internet.
4) DSL led is constant.
5) Phone is clear.

What can be done when BSNL are too much time to sort out the problem. :ac::ac:

Please inform if I need to post anything else.
 
Finally got it resolved after 3 days ...... I was a problem from bsnl end. I don't know the exact reason. I'll let all know if I find one. However here's the video ‪internet acting strange.wmv‬‏ - YouTube
