Internet not working while dsl light is coming

My broadband dsl line is coming and phone line is also ok but every night from around 7 pm internet not work. All lights is stable like normal

It happens sometimes due to BSNL server problem. Sometimes, even if the username and password are correct, you will get an error "Invalid username & password" or something like that. All these are common BSNL server problems. It will eventually go away by itself once the server problem is rectified by BSNL. If it happens on regular basis, you can register a complaint via Selfcare Portal or IVRS (No.18003451504 - Toll Free)
 
Though both are different but I used to face similar issue once in a while with Hathway.

All the lights were there but Internet wasn't working. It used to happen almost every week.

Reason: Hathway used to get out of bandwidth which they rent from Airtel.
