Internet not getting connected after change of broadband plan . (bsnl)

Hello all.. I am new here ... I have a Query3 days ago ,I changed my BSNL Broadband plan from 750 Plus(512 Kbps) to 1350 (4 mbps) .. Now internet is not getting connected..the power,DSL,lan led lights are green ...but the internet light is red in colour. Should I reconfigure the modem ?Plz help ..Thanks in Advance

It's possible that the login details have changed especially if they have changed you from NIB-I 59.x series to NIB-II 117.x series.Please check with your local BSNL office.

Yes....I contacted the office...the password login had changed...after i changed the login, it works well...Thanks..

I have one more question..how do i check my plan type and usage online? I used 10.240.48.195/webLogin.jsp before....but its not opening now...
I have also tried http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp , Dataone WebMail ...with both old and new passwords ..but to know avail.

you were right...I contacted bsnl and login had changed...I have changed it and it works well now..thanks.


another question.. how do I check my plan and usage now? It used to work in 10.240.48.195/webLogin.jsp but it is not opening now.
I have tried BSNL Portal , Dataone WebMail with both old and new password..but its not logging in...
