Internet disconnects after every 2-3 mins...

I recently got my BSNL broadband connection and i was having very slow speed so i did a online complaint after that they fixed the speed issue by changing a box in front of my house but after changing that box thingy my internet get disconnected after every 2-3 min >_
 
I think a visit to exchange is needed here. Talk to someone knowledgeable and seek help.
 
I went there no one helped me -.- time to change isp i guess lol and i got this bsnl connection just two weeks ago... i am not gonna pay them fk bsnl
 
Yeah this happens on some gateways, there is nothing much you can do about this. the "head engineer" who came over to my house did not even know what latency was, and had probably never seen a tracert till that day.
On the better connections you'll only get dead packets ever other minutes (lol!). Plus the ping is totally screwed up aswell, it's constantly congested,
