hello this is few steps for installing dsl modem in Windows 98
1 . connect your modem in your PC usb port and other is telephone line.
2. insert your Airtel Modem Drive CD
3. Cd is autoplay your have several links click install dsl driver.
4. insert your username + password.
5 some he confuse with lan or wan if ask see your cdrom then drivers folder like this d:\Driver\Wan\ or \Lan
6 after setup your modem light in blink and after some time he stable.
7 your modem installation is done.
8 you have a 2 icons on your desktop one is access runner control panel and second is access runner
9 click access runner control panel icon and Press Alt + C you have 3 table go to last tab and insert
the value of VCI or VPI (ex - VCI - 1, VPI - 32) OK.
10click access runner and click connect.
11 you are connected.
