Since last one week, i.e from 3rd May 2014 onwards am calling Reliance customer service number 1800 3000 7777 to register a complaint on broadband connectivity but was kept on hold waiting for customer care executive without any luck. I hold more than 20 minutes several times during this week but in vain. If this is how the quality of service, how can we rely on Reliance connection.
