IndiGo Airlines News & Updates

my whole timeline from last few days is filled with indigo complaints.
they are overworked can't blame the crew also, they cant fly the planes in fog but yeah they have failed to manage it.

The crew is to be blamed here because he decides to blame passengers when they just wanted to know what's going on. That's an abuse of authority by the pilot.

And it was a new crew the previous one went home after waiting. It was not like the pilot was too tired and stressed.

Gaslighting at its best knowing the vulnerable passengers bear the burden of whatever happens.

@SVK flights cant operate in zero visibility but but delhi airport has 4 runways currently 3 has CAT3 System out of those 4 3 are under maintainence and the 1 operational its CAT3 is non functional.
This is not a new issue basically govt is to be blamed for this and no on else they could have made min 3 runways functional but no.

My Uncle was on his way to Chennai in Vistara and back the same day same airline. While waiting at queue for take off, an elderly patient seating ahead of him fell ill and seriously in need of particular medicines along with it's proper methodologies. He had them most in his check-in baggage, staying unaccessible. The crew did their level best to cover off most using generics available to them. However, they fell short on one very important medicine. Immediately, the crew informed the pilot. The pilot without any delay on emergency grounds, left the queue to route back to terminal asap. Everybody applauded the onboard crew and pilot for their support.
Fog affected every airline. Some did manage and some didn't.
