india has not even crossed 4% fully vaccinated adults so we are nowhere near that stage. though gurgaon administration claims that 50+% of adult population in the city is fully vaccinated lol. in any case, businesses would not ask customers to leave if they are not wearing mask at least not in eating places where you have to take them out to eat your food. retail stores are still relatively strict.

they only flatly refuse when cops are on a drive and stores get fined for allowing people without mask are seen inside their premises.
 
@socrates It should not be surprised. People have almost left wearing masks. Before 2nd wave, 4/10 would not wear masks, after wave 2, that number has jumped to 6-7.
Appropriate covid behaviour is thrown out of the window. People are like.. to hell with covid.

But that’s massively skewed towards urban areas though. I think there was an article in some newspaper that urban areas have 13% of the population or something but have received 28% of the vaccines IIRC. So you’d expect a large number to start reaching full vaccination soon. It would also be a huge incentive for making people take the vaccine if they know for example they can’t watch a movie without it

But yeah no way businesses will voluntarily turn away paying customers for this
 
Now what will happen to the people who got doses in these camps? Were they really vaccinated? Is there any way that people can know if they have been administered a vaccine or not?
 

If no one got any symptoms then it was likely fake. Could be they are not injecting the vial.

Better to get it from known hospital only.

All these people got certificate after some delay, if those were actually issued then hospitals are also involved in the scam which is much more dangerous.
 
I read somewhere that’s what they are planning on doing. Subcutaneous/intradermal administration of a tiny dose instead of an intramuscular larger dose.
 
Always follow UK guidelines for AstraZeneca/Covishield vaccine.

~ Once you have recovered from Covid, then after 2 weeks, Get 1st dose immediately, as igM antibody is at its highest level.
~ Get 2nd dose after 8 weeks.

Don't wait for 3 months or trust any nonsense from PM narendra.

So here is my hypothesis.
Since the center in Gurgaon is allowed to administer 2nd dose earlier, the check or 3months must have been removed from the CoWin. Till now the CoWin won't let vaccination center proceed if the time has not come for 2nd dose.
And now appointment is not required, probably just walk into a private hospital and get the second jab. You might need to bribe someone at hospital!
