2mbps is the minimum requirement to be called broadband in India

point i was making was 2MBps wont be enough to steam HD content without buffering over devices, they should be looking at min 10MBps plus now,

I know but considering where we live...I think making 2Mbps mandatory would still be freaking great..I mean I still remember how much time it took to jump from 256-512

Now, at least 2 Mbps speed required to get broadband tag

The change comes after 9 years of broadband service being defined as 512Kbps
