They should strictly ban sites that teaches to freeload in other countries, bomb & attack others, Weapons, Gambling, Cybercrime teaching/ recruitment/ DarkWeb & Terrorism, spy on all non-Brahmin/ (Dharmic) net users just in case to ensure safety as well as start tracing, cracking down, arresting, severely penalizing, suing hackers, cybercriminals, tech fraud scammers, malvertisers, seize click-bait fake websites hosted by Indians that appear in top searches, take down Botnets, fake/ pirated product sellers on online shopping websites (90% of malvertising served by Google & other top advertisers are by Indians, our India is #3 country in tech scams, creation of malware, malvertising besides China & Russia) hijackware/ ransomware businesses, blacklist malicious sites on theirDNS, as well as ISPs should promote, educate Indian net users about cyber security, vigilance, ethics when they first get internet with sites like Indian CERT to ensure safer networking across India, rather than banning random file-hosting sites which doesn't host any Bollywood content or banning entire Mega just because it uses HTTPS & some people upload their pirated Indian stuff there or blocking entire google docs/ drive or serving MITM javascript ads to promote their mail even on desktop which can break security.
