definitely propaganda. Even my educated dad came and asked me if really there is a gps chip in new 2k notes after demonitisation.
 
yesterday, i had to deal with a guy who talked about how he has read that kalam was one of the rare individuals on earth who was able to use 8% of his brain. most of us are only able to use 5%.

another person said that manmohan singh's brain is being seeked by top brain research institutes around the world after he passes away.
 
well safe to say that moron is definitely not using even 1% of his brain.

yeah these whatsapp forwards and even youtube videos are causing serious misinformation among these tech illiterate people.

I recently opened youtube india homepage. It was shocking. full of bgrade stuff and fear mongering videos.
