Just like in the Inbox mobile app, Smart Reply saves you precious time by suggesting up to three responses based on the emails you get. Selecting an option starts a reply, ready for you to either edit or send.

I think google gets off by making an awesome app, never advertising it and then killing it thereby breaking hearts of few people who use it

I absolutely hate the Gmail app. Use inbox on the phone. But inbox on desktop is painful. The new Gmail web is trash so I am fucked in either case.

^ seriously. neighbor aunty came to me for sending an email. And I looked like an fucking idiot trying to find the Cc button on new gmail redesign. I use inbox because its pretty easy to mark spam on it but yeah google now goes ahead and kills it off
