Inaccurate Reliance 3G Data Billing

Reliance claims on its website that "users can view their usage online." As per myservices portal, data usage for my postpaid 3G data service from 27 Jan to 26 Feb, 2011 was 47MB or 0.0461GB.As per Reliance bill 304022875919, my data usage from 27 Jan to 26 Feb, 2011 is 25,934MB or 25.3GB. During this billing period my connection was active only from Feb 9th to 19th. My plan is 21GB per month for Rs 2,100, however Reliance has invoiced me Rs 11,573 for this same period.Despite numerous contacts with RCOM call center, Reliance Web World Vasant Vihar store and RCOM Nodal Officer, my issue has not been resolved. I have from RCOM's own website daily data usage details by date that show 0.0461GB used during the billing period, however RCOM customer service is not able to provide me any details that would validate their claim for 25.3GB usage (RCOM Case ID 147951626).There were numerous other issues in activating the service, address verification etc. Overall Reliance service has been pathetic. I have asked RCOM to terminate my service to close this issue as I am happy to use services of other mobile operators.
