Inability to make out going calls

Dear All ,
I am using NEXUS 5 Phone and airtel network.

1. I am not able to make outgoing calls from a number of days. My phone number is of Rajasthan ,and I am in Hyderabad.
2. With much difficulty when I could reach airtel customer care , the person answered that from Air tel side incoming as well as outgoing are active. So nothing can be done by them. suggested me to go to airtel office.
He refused to give me any particular address for that.

3. I have a roaming plan for 180 days .

My 2G plan is working ( at slow speed as expected.)

Any person who can guide me.

Go to airtwl site and locate the nearest store to you. Then go to that store and state your problem.

Did you check with other sims that your phone could be the culprit

Since you're roaming, the local store will probably wash their hands off the thing.

Try with a different sim as @dextermorgan has suggested.

If your SIM is the culprit, write about to the same to pgportal/nodal
