Try using http://proxy.sh. There is no Data Cap.

I don't really need a VPN/Proxy except one in a while to access a web page. So a monthly plan does not suit me. Needed something which is a one time payment and Open VPN's Private Tunnel gives me that. Monthy plans are more suited to heavy data users. I manage my month within the 15 GB FUP of Airtel. :-D
