totally absurd packages. When u r the minister, and when you have nothing to loose and everything to gain only, why not give big fat pakages like no charges upto 1 gb everymonth, and 10 gb for 100 Rs. & 250 Rs. for 25gb & 400 Rs. for 50gb etc etc.
