Hello,I had a chance to talk with one of the top officials of BSNL, who is in dataone section. I asked him regarding how the above mention case is handled. If he is to be believed, He told me they have a timer in place, running at each 15min interval to record the usage to a seperate log. so freetime and paid time usage will be handled seperately.Btw, I don't take the risk, I always disconnect and reconnect at 7.55.Shaplus

If I surf less than 15 minutes, does it get recorded.

May be, upon all disconnection there is also an internal log writing .

IIRC i read that MTNL's billing system will put two entires one with 0 mb usage and one with usage after free hours!Should not BSNL have a similar system. What happened to BSNL CMD?
