Idea planning 4G launch in first half of 2016

Idea 4G was present in Pune like 9 months back...
 
Really? May be in some parts. But now its officially available. I even had it at start of Oct, but 4G was received only at my home.
Today checked speed, it was between 6-7 Mbps.
 
Yea..it's 1800MHz and it's not that good :/
I reverted to 2G as soon I tested its speed
I remember being asked to move to Idea 4G back in March..
