Idea 3G not working in Unlocked data card

Hello...I have recharged with 245 rupees for 3G data(1GB 3G data for 30 days), but I cant get 3G speed in my unlocked dongle. I have tasted it on my friend's mobile, it works fine ( very low download speed 128kb/s ) . It has been passed 3days since i had raised a complaint, also asked them to refund my money. Still no luck. I have read many forums and blogs, many people has the same problem. So...Now I gave up......Sorry for the english mistakes, as English is not my mothertongue.
 
I wanted a new 3G connection for a MiFi device I bought, and when I finally found an Idea showroom after quite an ordeal, they didn't give me a connection stating that Idea has now started blocking SIMs that are not being used in their own datacards. However, they said I can try with a Postpaid connection, but the plans they were offering were the same with Vodafone, Reliance etc. so I decided to go for Vodafone.
