ICICI Lombard website is a freaking mess

Just had a roller-coaster ride trying to renew my bike's insurance policy on ICICI Lombard.



Password recovery was painful.
Password engineering was painful.
Policy renewal was painful.
Thankfully everything worked and the policy got renewed.

for the love of god. what kind of a shitty login box do they have on their website today? icicilombard.com/WebPages/NWiPartnerLogin.aspxpressing enter does not work. pressing the login button does not work. nothing works. what kind of a business as they running here? i tried in all three major browsers.
