ICICI Bank shutting down B2 Banking Platform

How many people even know about NPR card.

They've sent a debit card to me yesterday, I am wondering how to go about the internet banking now. I already have an ICICI Amazon Pay credit card and credentials for the online portal, will I be operating two different login ids for banking and CC?

After 1 year of automatically opening my savings account, ICICI is sending me emails to do KYC.

Thankfully I can do it via email itself without having to visit the branch.

After submitting the KYC form and the documents required, I have received this email:

Dear Customer,we are unable to update your KYC/personal details due to incomplete documents. Visit the branch where the documents were submitted.

I have replied that I never visited any branch to open this savings account, it was automatically opened. Such a mess.

I never knew I am an American.

They still send me emails occasionally for icici direct which I closed 5-7 yrs ago 🤣 I never wanted to open it but got scammed for Rs 500 and before renewal closed it.
