Hi All,

I am facing a very unusual problem with my iBall-Baton 300M Wireless-N ADSL2+ Router. I bought this about a year ago and it did not work for me so I took it to the dealer and then to the support people in the same city. When they connected it to their network (same Airtel and in the same city), it worked fine without any configuration. I took it back home and changed the PPPoE username/pwd and then it worked fine for me too.

Then after 4-5 months something happened to the router and I had to reset it and since then it is useless because it is back to the same old state. I have tried every setting that I know to make it work (PVC, Modulation etc) but it refuses to connect. I can take it back to the support people but I want to find out the missing setting and configure it myself. Anybody has any idea what's going to with it? The DSL light turns GREEN but the internet light remains RED.

The settings are:

Why bother? Just call CC, they will send technician who will configure your Router/Modem. If there is problem with your Router, they will tell you.
