Did you get this info from the customer support? I tried contacting them but I had horrible experience talking with them. I had to explain 'technical support' team what ipv6 is. The customer support had no idea they provide ipv6 address. They were arguing with me that they only provide ipv4 address and I kept explaining that I was using ipv6 since many months.
I had raised ticket the day before yesterday, yesterday someone visited my home I told there is nothing from my end. He went to office and closed the ticket. I reopened it. I don't know status now will check when I reach home from work.
