nothing. u can't do anything in this case. u can check in day with this ping default gateway -l 1000 -ttime should not be less than 5-7msif its more than that then u've got some problem on the line otherwise congestion problem, pull their crap customer service ppl's legs.
So is there any way this will get sorted ?
