I have 512 kbps unlimited connection, but I get speed upto 2mbps

I took a new MTNL connection of 512kbps unlimited. but i do speedtest i get speed upto 2mbps.i called them and didnt tell them my speed was coming 2mbps, but i asked them what my plan was and they told me 512kbps unlimited.i dont mind the speed 😀 but i dont want to get a long bill in the end
