I am not able to login to reliance broadband .

Hello,
I have tried to call customer care from last 1 week but customer care are not available and no answer for my mail also. I have interes right ID password to login page but I am not able to login it. After click on login web page is waiting for response for long time about more than half hour and never gets login. Kindly help me to file a case in consumer court against reliance broadband service.

Thank you for your feedback but I am facing lots of issue regarding network. There's no any action taken from company. No refund for down time. There were 4~5days down time monthly. I have financial impact.

I personally understand what it must feel like. But do you think the causer of your grief cared? No. That is why this mismanaged pile of garbage sank, unfortunately it took down many hapless souls with it. I see nothing but the same outcome w.r.t to mota bhai and his white elephant as well.

Best cut your losses and go for another provider that doesn't involve these two white collar thieves.
