Huawei E3121 and airtel 3g prepaid

Hello All,
I am new to the forum and a new user of data cards. I recently purchased unlocked E3121 data card from Huawei and airtel 3g prepaid card in delhi. After a lot of struggle in installing mobile partner I was able to connect for 1 time only to the internet for second after that connection started getting terminated.
I tried installing my friends tata photon postpaid card. Its working fine but mine data card + airtel sim is not getting connected at all.
Any pointers would be a great help.

Finally I am able to connect to internet with E3121 + airtel sim. But the mobile connect application with it shows the status as "connecting...". Its showing me the data usage speed etc but the message displayed by the application is incorrect.
Any inputs will be a help.
