Huawei e1752 problem

Hello everyone,I need help for my E1752. iam using this modem with bsnl sim, my problem is that earlier iam connecting at 7.2mbps but after firmware update iam not able to connect at 7.2mbps it is now connecting at 384 kbps only. iam very much confused now. requesting all forum members to help me.
