I am using E1820 3G modem. It always connects as network card in windows 7. It is annoying when connection drops.
I want to chagne to Dial Up but dial up is giving error - "modem is under use."
I tried disabling the network card and restarted tried dial-up still same error - "modem is under use.". Need advice on this. I need able to connect only in dialup mode. I tried different Mobile partner updates and dashboard still no use
