How to switch Plans?

Hi pplright now i am using 590NU plan from mtnl, to be frank...i am sick of downloding at nite..Infact, i havent downloaded anything at nite for past 4 months!but every month i end up paying 670/- bucks to mtnl..now i want to switch to plan to DSL_199how to proceed?can it be done over customer care 🙄 or should i write letter to sanchar hat regarding the same? :blink:

if ur in mum than call 1504 n it will be changed

In Mumbai callin 1504 alone can get the job done.

In delhi,u have to send them a written application or a fax to change the plans.Can get the fax no by calling 1504

Ya its very easy in mumbai, just call 1504 and ur plan will be changed... 🙂

but if u're in del then u need to give a written application to some officer in mtnl's sanchar haat( or hut pata nahin 😛 ).

yes, i am from delhi..mtnl delhi sucks, no golden hrs, poor CC, plan cannot be changed over CC 🙁now i have to write an application to sanchar haat to change my plan..damm.. :angry:
