How to secure bsnl broadband wifi

i am using Bsnl Broadband Internet Connection through D-Link router model: WBR-1310 and modern ADSL cpe , model: SMARTAX MT880.Help me with step by step guide to enable secured connection for Desktop and WIFI.PLZ HELP😢

there is really no secure communication in todays world.Anyone can hack wifi even if you use WPA-2 encryption.

i am not getting "wireless security" option below advanced menu.
when i login in into 192.168.1.1, in ADVANCED menu i have only
lan settings,virtual server,applications,filters,firewall,rip..only
