How to request BSNL to open ports?

I am an online gamer, and apparently I need to open many ports for good connectivity. I have BSNL broadband and a Digisol router. I have tried all methods to open ports from the router's page. However, none of them worked as results from every single port testing pages gave me a negative answer. I contacted EA and they told me that I have to contact my ISP to open the ports. The problem is, I dont know how to request them. Whom should I contact? I recently sent a mail to BSNL's enquiry mail id, but they gave me no reply yet. Please walk me through the procedures to open those ports 🙂 Thanks

Search on Twitter - bsnl india / bsnl corporate .. also search bsnl (ur state)
