How to refresh internet connection?

Hii frns..i want a help..i am using 1mbps day and 2 mbps night package...night package start at 11pm,but the condition is that I have to start fresh session after 11pm to get double speed,is there any way to auto refresh my session,coz i got to sleep by 9pm after keeping my pc on to download in night...
 
So, you've to reconnect to router or restart download after 11pm to avail the night package??Either way, its strange, never heard of this..

if i dont restart the new session the speed will be 1mbps..to get night benefit of 2 mbps i have to start new session..i.e. logout and login again
