How to recover shift-deleted files on a Windows Machine

I accidentally deleted my tv shows by giving shift+delete. Is there anyway I can get them back? Please help me out guys! 🙁

download piriform.com/recuva and try right away. the more you use the computer before trying recovering the less is the chance of recovery.

Ah for some reason I'm not able to get Sons of Anarchy but got everything else. What do i do? 🙁

recover whatever you can and be happy about it. the more effort you make the tougher would be the recovery process.
