nope. no clue. i do know people who probably ride on cycles to sultanpur 😛

I am sure sushubh can take some nice gizmos to keep him busy or capture the moments for us 🙂

ah. well. ping me if nothing works out. i could ask another friend if he is interested. i could tag along in any case!

reminds me, i have to buy a rapid charging capable car charger for my phone. 😛

For morning I would suggest getting a cab although Haryana roadways bus service (very good frequency) is there on this route from Gurgaon Bus stand but not from Metro station. Buses going to Bhiwani or Jhajjar will make pass from sultanpur but there is a catch to it.

You'll have to specifically ask if the bus will go via farukh nagar or not coz these days 50% buses are taking off route via another route (towards Badli - my place) giving Sultanpur route a miss.

Regarding your query about shared auto, these will mostly take you only upto Basai Wetlands which is another popular Bird site/ watching area on midway to sultanpur. Sultanpur sanctuary is like 10 kms from that place.

Self conveyance is best for such trips though as you could cover both sites.

cycle will be best experience but dont have one for long distance.
any idea when its closed.
I went there 3 years back in extreme winter conditions on bike and it was closed. Now I am 3 years older than before, dont want to strain lower back uncessarily.

Any sepcific gate to enter?
going by bike else it will take entire day for 2 hour visit that too to a place just 75 kms away.

took car from sister.
there is no public transport there. even if you reach somehow then cant go back without extreme struggle.
I also dont see cabs going there unless you come back with them or pay return amount.
whoever goes by cab has no option but to use them to return.
