How to pay BSNL Broadband bills online?

Here is what the BSNL app shows.

Original payment done on 9th Sept. I had made a voluntary deposit
3 months ago which is why the balance to be paid is less.

This is what the portal showed on the 9th.

Transaction ID's for both dates against the same bill are different!

Got a call today morning from an official for the complaint I placed on BSNL mis site.

BSNL app finally shows receipt generated for payment made.

Portal still says payment outstanding but I can generate a receipt in the transactions tab where it shows payment successful.

This is what happens when you select the lowest bidder in a tender!
