How to limit speed of devices conected to wifi

So i am on V fiber with 40 mbps plans, and using bettel 777vr1 modem.
I wonder if there is a way to limit the speed of devices connected to wifi to say 2 mbps.

Do check if the router has QoS feature. If yes, you can limit that.

yes i can see ip qos

In qos you should have the option to set dl/up speeds either on the connected device ip or mac address. Do you have that option?

Well 1 device is already connected and QOS page looks like this.

This is just a basic Service QoS setting. Based on the SS, i don't think this router has advanced QoS settings. Advanced QoS settings to restrict users and guests are available on most of the mid tier routers.
