How to install unmanaged TP Link switch onto JioGiga Fibre Lan port

Trying to connect TP-Link Switch 108E V4 onto JioFibre Lan connection to extend the network. Inspite of changing static IP of switch to Jio router series , switch refuses to work. May be i am goofing up on the configuration of the switch.

Well you're gonna have to give more details, is the switch showing up on the router's client table? Have you updated the firmware of the switch if there's any? Are you using the web control panel or the included software for windows? The list goes on...

This is a Smart switch, it appears to be related to the switch configuration, probably something related to VLAN tagging etc.

Hi, were you able to find out how to make a simple switch work with Jio router? I am trying to configure the TP-Link TL-SG108E, but nothing seems to work.
