How to group chat on Facebook?

Anyone know how to group chat in facebook?

As per this, Help Center | Facebook, you need to click "Actions"" menu, but where is Actions menu? I dont see it anywhere.


If someone knows.. can you post screenshot showing location of Actions menu on a group page?

Does moderator have to enable something?

Somewhere its written Group chat is not available if number of members are > 250. but my group has just 30-40 members.

I think you have to create a group first .
 
But waht abt existing group? Existing group wont have that feature? I cant create a completely new group to invite all members again, just for chat feature.
 
anyone getting this error message on facebook chat?
