How to get money back from crap Hathway Broadband

Hi There,

I am having 10 days old connection . I have taken 3 months plan with upfront payment of Hathway 50 Mbps Plan.
They gave connection in 1 day, But horror story started same night and till date i had 40% downtime. There was not even a single 24hrs stretch where i had continuous service.

As of now also connection is down past 18 hrs...

I am planning to ask for Refund of my Money as i don't want any more this shit service. Any advice about refund.

Other - Please please never ever go for this crap service.

I have raised three different ticket but no one has come to my premises.

My Internet disconnect every 2 to 3 hours . Packet loss about 30-40% all time. Can u please get it check (Its Cable issue).
