How to get Model/Router IP (BSNL WA3002G4)

Please help.I am able to access internet, however, I am not able to access BSNL Modem+Router web access page. I have tried accessing 192.168.1.1, but it is not helping out.Can you please help as how can I get the modem+router IP, to get the web access back and how can I reset back to 192.168.1.1 Thanks and RegardsVinay
 
Open Command Prompt and type ipconfig, the Default Gateway ip is the one ur after.
