How to get invoice of Reliance Jio Fiber services?

In MyJio app, scroll down, in the "Transactions" line, go right, click on "Invoice history". You can get PDF bills of individual recharges.

Is there any way to download the older invoices? Currently, I can only see the invoices till Dec 2020, not before that. Jio's chat is useless, and I had dropped a mail via their form but they haven't replied yet.

Got a reply from Jio. Apparently, only 180 day old invoices are available even from their backend. Annoying af.

I would suggest everyone here to file a consumer complaint for not being able to access invoices older than 180 days. This is outrageous and Jio should change this.
